Having done significant work over the last 10 years in the world of Fashion and Advertising on a global level,

Her work as Creative and Communications 

Director for SWAROVSKI gave her invaluable insight into the power of fierce dynamic 

marketing communications strategies. 

 

Looking to grow her portfolio Webel moved to NYC to serve as an assistant to QUIET POINTS,

a design and strategy agency. Her time in NYC was spent learning every aspect of

brand communications, and she gained invaluable knowledge about the direction of social platforms for brands.

She also assisted Mario Moya with his New York Fashion Week Press Event where she was a key asset in production and PR. 

 

While serving as Head of Brand and Trade Marketing for one of Europe’s number one fashion retailers,

TALLY WEiJL; she implemented dynamic digital engagement strategies

that made them one of the top 100 Digital Fashion Brands.

She proudly earned the brand three JOY Trend Awards for Concept and Strategy. 

 

Diving into eCommerce, Doreen added a new chapter as Web & Product Manager at 

La Redoute, France number one Homeshopping Retailer, she was responsible for the

growth of e-commerce in product management and e-merchandising.

 

Education and social outreach is a key part of what drives her insight.

Having presented at prestigious conferences on consumer trends, inspiration,

market insight, and what truly drives the millennials into product loyalty,

Webel is committed to her research.

 

Lately she held the position as Creative Director and Head of Marketing at

BestSecret.com where she was responsible for the growth of e-commerce and brand management.

 

Classically trained, Webel has earned degrees and diplomas in: International Marketing 

Management, University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, Branding and Visual 

 Communication, University of Applied Sciences Constance, Germany Acadamic degree in: 

 Graphic Design & Fine Arts MPEI Moscow, Pre-diploma in Integrated Design, Bauhaus HS Dessau,
